Microgrid Institute Charter

Since its inception in late 2012, Microgrid Institute has operated under a development Charter, established independently by Burr Energy LLC in consultation with members of the Microgrid Institute ad hoc Advisory Board. Beginning in 2015, Microgrid Institute will formalize its Advisory Board, and commission it to institute the organization's operating Charter, which will authorize Microgrid Institute's initiatives and priorities for the next two years.
